Personal Bankruptcy Law

considering the possibility of filing a petition for relief under either
Chapter 7 or Chapter 13
of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Clients are apprised of all options available including, refinancing, creditor
workouts, assignment for the benefit of creditors, and bankruptcy. Of those
clients seeking the relief afforded them under the Bankruptcy Code, the firm
limits its practice to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern
District of Ohio, Canton Division, offices located in Canton and New
Philadelphia Ohio. The
Canton Division has jurisdiction over residents and business located in the
counties of Stark, Wayne, Tuscarawas, Holmes,
Carroll, Ashland, Richland Counties.
